破相宗

The sects established by Yungming [lang id =1028]永明, Ching-ying [lang id =1028]淨影, and Hui-yuan [lang id =1028]慧遠, which held the unreality of all things.

謂此宗一向說凡聖染淨之法， 一切皆空， 本無所有； 設見一法過涅槃者， 亦如夢如幻。 彼且本不立真， 何況於妄？真妄名相， 一切俱無， 故名破相宗。 （梵語涅槃， 華言滅度。 ）
